How We Did It
The Problem: Lack of SEO Expertise or Resources
Lindywell has a large and engaged following on social media, a popular podcast, and was even recently featured on live television with Kelly and Mark. They knew they needed SEO but lacked the internal resources or expertise to implement it. Plus, they wanted to be less reliant on paid ads for lead generation.
The Solution: SEO-Optimized Blog Content
We knew Lindywell needed fresh blog content to start ranking higher in search—and with their unique point of view, we knew long-form content would be a great way to build their brand voice too. The key was to figure out how we would work with the various stakeholders and team members so the messaging was accurate and everyone was able to share input.
Doing the Work
Content Frequency
We used Lindywell’s monthly narrative to drive the messaging for each of the four blog posts every month. We used this theme to identify relevant low-competition keywords that we could target with each post.
Earning Revenue
Our immediate goal was to generate additional organic traffic to the site, and in turn, create more opportunities for leads and conversions in the long-term. This lead to $28K in revenue in the first five months.
Algorithm Hit
We were seeing significant increases in keyword rank and organic search volume and then in March 2023 Google made a major algorithm change that had a significant impact on our results. We continued creating high-quality content to start moving back in the right direction.
